When is an architecture review useful?
It is useful before a major investment, when a team is repeatedly surprised by change, after an acquisition or handover, or when a product needs to grow beyond the assumptions of its first version.
Do you prescribe a particular technology stack?
No. We evaluate the system in context: team capability, product needs, existing investment, risk and operating constraints. A good recommendation is explainable, not fashionable.
